During a guided tour of our Vinaigrerie, our passionate team will reveal all the secrets behind our craft. You will have access to the hundreds of barrels in which some of our wine vinegars and traditional balsamics age for sometimes more than 10 years. You will also discover our upcoming production of “no-contact” infused vinegars, displayed in over a hundred glass demijohns lining the walls above the Cour des Saveurs. Explore unique production methods as well, such as our late-harvest vinegar aged in old demijohns.We will gladly explain in detail all the techniques behind the production and infusion of our different vinegars, and we will be delighted to answer any questions you may have.At the end of the tour, enjoy a tasting of a selection from our 50 vinegars and balsamics: from Timut pepper vinegar to nougat balsamic, not forgetting our raspberry balsamic pearls — your taste buds will be asking for more.We welcome you whether you are visiting alone, with family, with friends, or as part of a group. Our guests can also take advantage of combined experiences, such as a guided tour and tasting, or a meal at Restaurant La Basse Cour.
Dogs on a leash are allowed throughout the entire tour.

On 10/08/2026Nous ne savions rien sur la fabrication des vinaigres en arrivant mais après cette visite et la dégustation nous voilà enfin mieux armés pour opérer ds choix dans toutes les références présentes en boutique. Merci à Erik qui nous a très bien expliqué tout sur les vinaigres et cela avec beaucoup d'humour tant à l'égard des plus jeunes que déplus anciens dont je faisais partie. Il a même réservé pour nous une table au restaurant attenant où nous nous sommes régalés avec un service impeccable et efficace. Merci beaucoup à lui et je vous souhaite de nombreux visiteurs. Nous en parlerons autour de nous.
