DESCRIPTION
The classic tour offers you an hour long guided tour inside the monument and its unique decors. Between modern domain and ancient villa, the château Laurens is a remarkable example of the 19th-century’s eclectic architecture. Its astonishing architecture reflects the artistic avant-garde and the modernist’s aspirations of the Belle Epoque.
Visited areas: reception areas (the main lobby, the atrium, the moorish lounge, the dining room, the music room), the curiosities on the 1st floor and the study inside the private appartment. (Does not include the private bedroom and bathroom).
Attention : Cette visite est réservée à un public anglophone.
Seule la langue anglaise est employée par le/la guide pendant toute la visite (pas de double discours en français).
There is no cafeteria on-site : please make sure you bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated throughout your visit; drinking fountains are available.

Le 21/10/2026I can throughly recommend the visit to the Chateau in English. Our guide had an excellent command of English, told the history of the chateau with humour, making it both enjoyable and factual. His knowledge of the chateau could not be faulted, he answered all questions, leaving a sense of suspense occasionally to finish with lots of surprises at the end of the tour. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you. Je peux recommander sans hésitation, la visite du château en anglais. Notre guide avait une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, a raconté l'histoire du château avec humour, ce qui la rendait à la fois agréable et factuelle. Sa connaissance du château ne pouvait pas être reprochée, il a répondu à toutes les questions, laissant un sentiment de suspense de temps en temps pour se terminer par beaucoup de surprises à la fin de la visite. Nous nous sommes vraiment amusés. Merci.
